Marketecture builds on its property portfolio
Pozzoni, the leading independent architecture practice in the North West, has turned to Manchester based B2B specialist marketing agency, Marketecture, to provide strategic media relations and marketing support.
With a history spanning 25 years, Altrincham based Pozzoni has delivered a number of major projects over recent years, including 1 Portland Street, Manchester, Stretford Mall, Loreto Preparatory School in Altrincham and new concept retirement village, Belong Macclesfield.
Working across several sectors, including commercial development, education, leisure and care homes, the scope for marketing activity is wide and varied. David Hughes, managing partner of Pozzoni, comments, “As Pozzoni grows and we take on more projects and opportunities nationwide, PR and marketing need to take a greater role in our business development strategy. The team at Marketecture have impressed us with their proactive approach and creative thinking, but also their structured way of working, which is very important to us with our requirement to ensure an even spread of marketing activity across our sector teams.”
Marketecture’s PR director, Abi Barnett, comments: “Pozzoni is already proving to be a great client for Marketecture, the team’s willingness to look to the long term allows us to demonstrate a proactive, strategic approach to media relations and to ensure that any marketing activity ties in carefully with the practice’s business development objectives. It is clear from our early work with Pozzoni that its people and its commercially realistic approach to building design are its key selling points and we are looking forward to promoting these messages over coming months.”
She adds: “After a strong year in 2007 our goal for 2008 is to grow Marketecture’s PR division through careful recruitment and new business acquisition, so to get a client like Pozzoni on board so early in the year is great news.”
Pozzoni joins Marketecture’s growing property PR client list, which includes Eric Wright Group, planning consultancy Steven Abbott Associates and Urban Vision.
